Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zaynsrvrental.com(the “Site”) and any RV rental you make with Zayn's RV Rental LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or rent from us.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to rent from us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you book. We may require valid government-issued identification at delivery.

Submitting a reservation form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you, typically within 24 hours, to confirm availability and finalize your reservation. A booking is only confirmed once we confirm it to you and the required deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request.

• •Nightly rates vary by RV and are shown on each listing. Mandatory delivery and cleaning/prep fees apply to every reservation.
• •A $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your dates.
• •The full rental balance is due no later than one (1) week before check-in.
• •Payment is accepted by cash, debit card, or credit card. We do not store full card numbers on this Site.
• •Add-on fees (generator, pet, waste-tank service) apply as selected.

Cancellation refunds follow the schedule on our Rental Policy page (in summary: 30+ days before check-in, full refund less a $50 processing fee; 14–29 days, 50% of rental cost; fewer than 14 days, no refund). The $300 security deposit is always refundable on cancellation, provided no damage has occurred. We may cancel a booking due to RV unavailability, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control; in that case we will offer a comparable RV where possible or a full refund.

• •We deliver and set up the RV at your campsite within our service area — campgrounds within approximately 35 miles of Ocean City, MD. Confirm your campground with us before booking.
• •You are responsible for reserving your own campground site and for ensuring the site can accommodate the RV.
• •Delivery times are typically scheduled in a window around your campground check-in; pickup time is strictly at 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
• •You must provide accurate site information so we can deliver and place the RV.

• •Treat the RV with care. You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during your rental period.
• •Do not exceed the stated sleeping capacity of the RV.
• •No smoking inside any RV.
• •Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly RVs with prior approval, up to 2 pets, with the applicable pet fee; pets may not be left unattended inside the RV.
• •Operate the generator only within campground quiet hours; fuel is your responsibility.
• •Follow all campground rules, posted notices, and applicable laws.
• •Return the RV in the same condition in which it was delivered.

The $300 security deposit is fully refundable and returned within 5–7 business days after your rental ends, following a successful inspection. We may deduct from the deposit for damage beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, lost or missing items, or violations of these Terms. If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit, you are responsible for the difference.

Camping and RV use involve inherent risks. You use the RV and its equipment at your own risk and are responsible for the safety of yourself and your guests. You agree to use all equipment (including the generator, propane appliances, and electrical systems) only as instructed and for its intended purpose.

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zayn's RV Rental LLC and its owners, members, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your rental, or your camping activities. Our total liability for any claim relating to a rental will not exceed the total amount you paid for that rental.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zayn's RV Rental LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the RV, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

All content on the Site — including text, photos, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Zayn's RV Rental LLC and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your rental will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Worcester County, Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
