Optional add-ons include a generator, a $50 per-pet fee, and $75 waste-tank service (grey/black tank dump + fresh water refill).
How do I pay and what deposit is required?+
A $300 security deposit is collected at the time of booking and is fully refundable after a successful post-rental inspection. The full rental balance is due one week before check-in. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
What is your cancellation policy?+

Do I need to rent a generator?+
A generator is required to run the air conditioning and microwave and is available to rent. Generator use must follow your campground’s quiet hours, and fuel is the renter’s responsibility. See the listing or rental policy for current generator pricing.
What time is delivery and pickup?+
We schedule delivery around your arrival, close to the campground’s registration time — the typical window is 12–4, depending on the campground and our schedule that day. Please confirm your delivery time with us 2–3 days before your trip. Pickup time is strictly 10 AM. We meet you at your campsite unless other arrangements are made.

You reserve your own campground site. We offer suggestions for local campgrounds within our service area — if you have another place in mind, contact us and we will do our best to serve you.

We're happy to give an in-person walkthrough when we deliver and set up your RV. If your arrival doesn't line up with our delivery, we can give a tour over the phone.
