Our Rental Policy

Please treat our RVs like your own home. By booking any unit with Zayn’s RV Rental LLC, you agree to the policies below.

Delivery & Pick-Up

• We schedule delivery around your arrival and the campground’s check-in time.
• Please contact us 2–3 days before your trip to confirm your delivery time.
• Typical delivery window: 2:00–4:00 PM (subject to campground rules and our schedule).
• Pick-up is strictly at 09:00 AM.

Renter Responsibility & Damage

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests to the RV, its appliances, and equipment. If repair/replacement costs exceed your security deposit or card on file, you agree to pay the additional amount billed by Zayn’s RV Rental LLC.

Cleaning & Preparation Fee

• A mandatory $100 cleaning/prep fee applies to every rental.
• Includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, surface sanitizing, fridge/freezer interior cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and filling propane tanks.
• If special equipment/supplies are needed or cleaning exceeds 2 hours, we may withhold $150 from the security deposit for additional cleaning.

Delivery Fee

• A mandatory $100 delivery fee applies to every rental.

Pets

• Pets are welcome with a one-time $50 fee per pet (no livestock). Limit two (2) pets unless approved in writing.
• Crate pets when unattended and keep them off furniture; crate at night.
• We may withhold $250 from the deposit for pet-related damage.

No Smoking or Vaping

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all units.
• Evidence of smoking/vaping may result in a minimum $100 treatment charge (more if required).
• Any related damage will be billed to the renter.

Waste Tanks Service

On-site waste tank emptying and fresh-water refill are available during your stay for $75. Please contact us to schedule this service.

Generator (If Rented)

• Generators are provided with a full tank of gas.
• Please return with the same fuel level; otherwise, a refueling fee will be deducted from your deposit.

General

• All fees are in USD.
• Campground rules and local regulations also apply.
• Zayn’s RV Rental LLC may update these policies at any time; the version posted at the time of booking applies.
